Hola, I’m Susana!
My own wellness journey is what led me to this work—and to supporting women who want to feel better, have more energy, and truly understand what’s happening in their bodies.
I’m especially passionate about helping women who feel like something is “off”—whether it’s low energy, mood changes, weight shifts, or not feeling like themselves—and don’t always have the time, resources, or guidance to figure out why.
My personal experiences with fibromyalgia, endometriosis, thyroid issues, and prediabetes have shaped the way I approach healing. After being diagnosed with endometriosis and going through surgical menopause, I experienced firsthand how confusing and overwhelming hormone changes can be—especially with the lack of clear guidance and support available for women.
That experience led me to pursue deeper training in holistic nutrition, integrative health, and women’s hormone health—not only to support my own healing, but to better support other women navigating midlife hormonal changes.
Through a root-cause, whole-body approach, I’ve been able to significantly improve my own health, and as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I’m here to help you do the same—so you can feel balanced, energized, and like yourself again.
