Integrative health & wellness coaching (IHWC) is a solution-focused, holistic, and sustainable approach to wellness that forms an intersection among lifestyle, health needs, and personal transformation. Drawing from current research in professional coaching, lifestyle medicine, positive psychology, and mind-body interventions, Susana will integrate and apply evidence-based, best-practice approaches to support your health and wellness goals.

Integrative health & wellness coaching could be a good fit for you if you are considering changes to optimize the way you deal with stress, food and mood. Because you are a whole person we will dive into various aspects of your life that impact your mood and stress levels. Our sessions will be focused on things like incorporating more whole, plant-based foods in your meals, improving sleep, creating positive and happiness-centered rituals in your life, reducing and managing your stress response, creating a positive relationship with food, incorporating mindfulness practices into your daily life, learning coping skills or just getting un-stuck. Integrative health & wellness coaching enables lasting lifestyle change by focusing on your own agenda and setting up actionable steps toward your wellness vision, so you can build up resilience and flourish.

Offering Personal Wellness Coaching programs tailored to fit your specific needs, Susana will offer a profound level of support, guidance, and encouragement without judgment. Sessions are held via telephone or video conference. A coaching program consists of a 60-90 minute initial session, and each coaching session after is about 45 minutes. You can choose between meeting weekly or twice per month.
